Current Opportunities

  • Application Support Analyst.
  • The Analyst position at Invatron is a role for new or recent graduates. After completing our internal training and mentoring programs, the successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, configuration, validation, and user training of Invatron’s software applications.

    Additionally, you will be responsible for providing level II technical support and data analysis to our install base of existing customers which would include code updates and fixes as well as software upgrades.

    Additional responsibilities include:

    • Understanding current customer business processes to deliver effective and sustainable training to users.
    • Create and update documentation as required for customer engagements or for the in-house knowledge management system.
    • Supporting the sales team with product demonstrations to new customer prospects.
    • Ensuring the timely resolution of technical issues.
    • Sharing customer insights to our product team and influence our product roadmap.
    • Expanding your skills and experience, both technical and interpersonal to accelerate your career progression.
    • Contributing to the overall improvement of our overall service delivery model.


    Desired Experience and Credentials:

    • Bachelor degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
    • Demonstrable experience with Microsoft products and desktop support and a working understanding of UNIX commands, SQL and batch scripting would be beneficial.
    • Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Major Database Vendor Support.
    • Technical experience and proficiency in deploying enterprise software solutions.
    • Customer service experience.
    • Exposure working within the retail grocery industry and/or large enterprises would be an asset.

  • Software Developer, Backend.
  • As a Software Developer at Invatron, you will be a key member of our growing development team that is meeting the core application development and architectural needs of our software solutions. Invatron’s development team utilizes Agile methodology and is looking for individuals who have demonstrated success in transforming user stories into clean, maintainable code through rapid development iterations for a broad audience of users at our highly engaged client base.

    You will also play a key role in ongoing enhancements of the existing user interfaces to ensure they are scalable, reusable, easy to maintain and most importantly, easy for both our internal teams and clients to understand and use. Combining your technical skills and understanding of the principles of usability, you will work closely with our designers to turn wireframes into production ready interfaces. You are creative, forward thinking and have the desire and insight to challenge the status quo and contribute to making our applications as intuitive and user friendly as they possibly can be.
